I have no idea what's wrong with my nose

Hi, hopefully someone can figure out what's wrong with my nose;

For well over a year now my nose gets really clogged up. Usually it's just my left nostril but sometimes it switches to the right one. Right now I can barely breathe out of the left one. I have to take deep breaths through my nose to even smell fresh air. Sometimes it clears up for a few minutes but it always comes back!!! I don't have sinus headaches or anything... and when I blow my nose, nothing comes out.

What do you think could be causing this?

Thank you,
Brandon

Even if your nose is perfectly healthy, one side is always partially closed.  The turbinates open and close alternately to help clean your nose.

If you are stuffed up with no colored snot, you may possibly have an allergy--either to a substance, or to a fungus in your sinuses.  Try a Neilmed Sinus Rinse at first, and if that doesn't work, try a Flip-Turn Sinus Flush, which will clear your sinuses of all allergens.

It's a risky procedure, because you have to bend over to defeat gravity, preferably in shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground.  If it doesn't start to get results after 4 or 5 treatments, you have at least eliminated a possible cause.

Hello,

I have very similar symtpoms. My nose gets so clogged i cant breathe... i hate it... i can also tell that it is physically larger on the sides... like swollen... dont get headaches either. As well, when i blow it, feels very sstuffed but nothing comes out. During the night i will wake up an feel like i am not able to breathe and it makes me anxious. I use a spray called Gotinal (Nafazolina) which clears it for a while, but then it comes back.

Please help us!!!

Thanks,

Joe
