I can't get rid of my constant sinus infections
I've been suffering from chronic sinus infections for yrs its ruining my life. I feel like crap all the time and the post nasal drip at night is horrendous! It's causing excruciatingly sore throats at night that wake me up several times the only thing hat gives temporary relief is having a herbal tea then I can sleep for about an hr and then go thru it all over again. I'm always on meds which work short term but then within days of finishing I'm sick again! I am at my wits end I've seen an ENT but it's pretty much the same approach. If anyone can help please I would appreciate it. Tks
