Word of caution.... With any ear plug, take care when taking them out. in 2006 I was in a big hurry one day and pulled a soft plug out of my left ear without releasing the vacuum behind it. I felt a very quick and very sharp pain. A couple days later my voice became very loud in that ear and hasn't gone away since. Turns out I have a rare defect where the skull right above the superior semicircular canal is very thin and this broke through that day.
I'd assume my ear drum also ended up with a hole which is the least you could have if you're not careful.
I found this website: http://www.macksearplugs.com/category/ear-plugs-for-sleeping
Which of those should I choose ? They all look like they do the same...
Hi,
I hope you can find one in the stores which sell swimming accessories or stores which sell hearing aids.

Hi, where do I get soft earplugs ? Because at the pharmacy all they had were those silicone or wax earplugs.
Hi,
I think there must be wax in the ear canal which has partially blocked the canal. Also there possibilities of fluid in the middle ear or trauma to the ear drum. All are just speculations, please do consult your doctor and get yourself evaluated.
Use soft ear plugs, that will cause less damage to the canal skin.
