Blocked ears and noise

Some weeks ago I washed my head on the sink(where we wash our hands) and I started feeling my ears blocked. I also started feeling a noise(I had already a noise in my ears but now started feeling louder) I went to the doctor and he said that I had otit media (the water entered from the nose and went to the middle ear) I got some antibiotics. At the end of the cure, my ears were not blocked but I still had the noise. When the cure finished my ears blocked again and the noise has become terrible now. Today, me ears are almost fully blocked and I hardly listen what the other say. The noise is terrible too. I don't feel any pain.
I am really worried. Can someone tell me whats the problem and what can I do? Do I have to worry about permanent deafening or permanent noise?

I would recommend consulting an ENT Specialist for an assessment of your ears.
I doubt you have any permanent deafness, etc.
