Can I get a Rhinoplasty with a hole in my septum?
The hole is approximately 1cm big. I was just wondering if my nose would end up collapsing if I had a nose job.
I don't use cocaine or any drugs xD. Idk how I got the hole in it. Probably from picking it when I was little.
You need to talk to more than one plastic surgeon to find one who is highly rated by patients and has techniques to help you. He is going to want to close that hole while he's at it, but of course if you are using cocaine (the cause of most septal holes) , he isn't going to do surgery on you because it will keep his work from healing.
