Can an impact from a small object cause hearing damage?

I was at work and someone was goofing off and nailed me right in the ear pretty hard with a sauce packet. Can something like that cause any damage to the ear and my hearing? I know it's a small object, I just worried due to how hard the person threw it, I heard sudden hard impacts can cause hearing loss so I wanted to be sure. I don't notice any pain or buzzing sounds or anything like that. Here's some photos of my ear and the object that was thrown:
