Can the nasal cartilage be deformed?

Hey everyone, hope you're all healthy!
I am just curious in a general question about the nose/ears.
Can the nasal cartilage on the side of the nose can be deformed over time?
My son has a fairly large nose and he is currently kind of insecure about it and doesn't blow his nose, because he's scared that it will get wider.

In advance, thanks for the answer!

Best regards, Katja

Hello~Not to my knowledge, but if it concerns you, then maybe ask his pediatrician.
