.Hi I am a 21 year old female and have had odd symptoms for the past 2 months. It started the week before Christmas. I woke up one morning just feeling off. My ears were hurting and ringing and I had pulling cramping pains in my arms. Since than I've had every blood test imaginable, a CT scan of my brain, and I've been to the ENT twice. The symptoms are: A drunk like dizziness that lasts all day, ringing, popping, fullness, and mild hearing loss in both ears, I also get shooting/ stabbing pains in my ears, its hard to concentrate/ focus, my eyes almost get a stiff like feeling, I don't sleep at night (They have me on trazodone), I also get these random aches and pains everywhere, sometimes my hands, sometimes my arms and legs, I find it hard to keep my balance, horrible migraines, heart palpitations, etc. All the blood tests came back normal, doctor thought it was thyroid probs but its not. The CT scan at the hospital found nothing. & last week I went back to the ENT because my primary thought it was a Vestibular disorder. He did the pressure test and it was normal. They did the hearing test AGAIN & both times its come up that I have slight hearing loss in both ears. He diagnosed me with TMJ. Problem is I don't get pains in my jaw, very rarely. ENT said I don't have any pressure issues or fluid in my ears. So he order a CT scan of temporal bones and an ENG. Question is could it be a vestibular disorder? My main problem is the drunk-like dizziness and disorientation I have it all day. If the pressure test came back normal what could it be? I've also been to the neurologist and he test my nerves & muscles & it was all normal, hes ordered an MRI of my brain & my neck..
