Could It be cancer?

I've had a swollen lymph node for about a year and a half now. It goes up and down in side and is much MUCH larger when I have a cold or sinus infection but goes down to the size of a marble when I don't have an obvious infection. It radiates pain to my ears and side of my neck. Those are honestly my only symptoms for a long time but recently I've been getting headaches a lot. (I've been under a lot of stress this month though) I just need some opinions. I've been drying myself crazy worried that I have cancer.
