Hard moveable small sized ball

Hi
7 days ago I sudenly discovered that (I dont know whether it was there or not) there is a small moveable hard ball (hard to say ball actually i cant name it) in my left jaw line. It does not pain.Little tough to catch. It  moves to another place when I press. My health seems Ok except sometimes some odd feelings in my ears. When harsh sound beside there is another sound inside my ear.
When normally try to find it  I cant but when I press my finger inside jaw line it is found. Its size doest get bigger or smaller.
I found this type of thing also in one of my little brother's (age 4) under left jaw line! he is in good health.
I took antibiotics for 5 days but did not disapper.
Please help me...is it abnormal or normal to have this.is it lymp nodes??

check your right side of your jaw line, there should also be one, maybe smaller and harder to find.

this is called Digastric muscles (anterior belly). different people have different size and shapes of the Digastric muscles.

dun worry too much and try to extract it out.
