Stapedius myoclonus

I've been living with this vibration sound in my left ear for nearly 4 years now. It only happens when I hear sound or sound loud enough to trigger it. I got used to it but still every once in a while I get annoyed with it. Recently, it started in my right ear as well and drives me insane! I'm currently in college to become and audio engineer so you can see how horrible this could be. I just started taking magnesium citrate 3 times a day for this. It's only been a few days with zero results. Every ear specialist I go to has either heard of the problem or says they don't know of any solution. They just give me suggestions on different things I could try. One being Lipoflavanoid which is for tinnitus. I really want to find an answer. How long should I give the magnesium citrate before I should give up on it? I heard about the surgery to cut the tendons but I also heard that makes sound louder for your ears. I'm going into an audio profession so that might be a huge problem. I just want this to end. I could live with the one ear but not both. When people talk, it's like constant sound flooding my inner ear. Atleast with just the left I could still hear everything decently. Please any answer is appreciated!
