Untreated and ill after 14 ear surgery, the last one is petrosectomy

Please send it my medical case to a doctor, who attended petrosectomy subtotal surgery. My operator doctor dead, other doctors can not help in. I consulted several doctors without result.

The attached summery mentions 14 ear operations and 5 FESS operations.
Till now five times cholesteatoma and twice osteomyelitis were diagnosed. (Dual, fingertip dehiscence of the tegmen. The dura mater is free.)
A radical ear cavity (Canal Wall Down) was worked up two times. My last operation was a subtotal petrosectomy.

The other side of the skull is completely healthy.
Surgery scars were healing well, but the last one was very long to heal.
No other rare or genetic disease were diagnosed.
During surgery, there was no sampling for culture.
I did not get intense, long, special intravenous antibiotic cure.

Since the operation I feel intense, constant pain that medications moderately reduce. I take maximum dose of Tramadolor and Apranax every 6 hours. I can hardly sleep. The inflammation increased my blood pressure.
The external ear, concha, starts to wound. It is bloodless and dry to the touch.
My strabismus is worsening.
