ent?

I am  42 years old male,living in us. I have History of htn on medication lisnopril. lately i am having problems of ears closing up randomily, may be when walking or driving and occasional lightheadedness ( no bp changes or low bp), no spinning. I have no  issues during position changes( getting up from sleep or  bending down),.brain mri , eeg ,echo , stress test , cardiac enzymes, ecg all are normal. ent doctor told us every thing looks  normal.i am having shoulder pain.

Second opinion would be in order,I hate it when the ENT'S say everything is normal!
