Red Bumps on Pharynx but no pain or fever

Hi, I have a few red bumps on the back of my throat which I assume is the pharynx. It has been there for about 2 - 3 weeks. It does not cause me any pain in swallowing food or liquid nor have I had any particular excessive pain or fever except only feeling a slight irritation and a very slight pain when swallowing . I went to the doctors and I was prescribed leftose, Oralsol mouthwash and Augmentin, I have finished my meds but the red bumps are still there. Another thing to note is that I was diagnosed with H.Pylori, Hiatial Hernia and Erosive Esophaghitis Grade A about a month ago. What could be the cause of the red bumps that are still present on the pharynx. Is it something serious and should I be concerned?

I also struggle with GERD issues. Have not seen a GI, but I do get reflux often. I always tend to have tonsil stones, and sometimes I will get a red or pimple like bump, with what seems to be a white head and everything. Does this happen to you as well?
