i had a bad infection in my left ear and now it has cleared up i am still cant ear init my doctor said for me to wait and see if it comes back i have to wait 2to3weeks to see him next so can anyone help me pls

Hi,

Can you please let us know what type of ear infection you had? Have you got an audiometry and tympanometry done for your reduced hearing?

Same thing happened to me last November around Thanksgiving. I already had high frequency hearing loss in both ears, but the infected ear came back to "normal" about 6 weeks later. Give it time, you should be ok.
