Abnormally High EBV levels

Two weeks ago I was tested for several things due to the following symptoms: fatigue and generalized lymphadenopathy that is painful and lasting for 7 weeks (at this point). The only thing I tested positive for was EBV. However, my levels were extremely high.
EBV early antigen IGG: 124 (positive is greater than 10.9)
EBV AB VCA IGG: >600 (pos is greater than 21.9)
EBV Nuclear antigen AB IGG: >600 (pos is greater than 21.9)

Basically, I have had a reactivation of this virus.
I am extremely scared and concerned because I've read that a compromised immune system causes a reactivation of EBV. In late April, I had an oral sexual encounter with a male of unknown status and I have been very anxious about HIV due to these persistent symptoms. It has been 20.5 weeks since the exposure and I have tested up to 18 weeks with 3rd generation antibody test which was negative and an oral swab Oraquick test yesterday which was negative, too. My question is what else can cause such high levels of reactivation and have any of you had EBV and had lymph nodes swell all over and be tender for so long? Any help would be appreciated.

The P24 test and the antibody are more sensitive than these other tests. Like I said if you had the disease the CD4 count would be low. So you don't have HIV. You need to move on. If you have this yeast it is lipophilic (loves fat and eats olive oil specifically). So Lower the fat in your diet and don't put any cream on your skin.  See the link I sent to you. I think you are over worrying about it. If you have been scratching it you may have gotten it infected with staph bacteria. So that needs to be addressed.

Have you seen a dermatologist?

no, it cannot be due to any sort of allergy because i am taking loratadin on and off to relieve burning sensation all over body due to yeast infection. antihistamin would have cleared it also.
on hiv forums they say that my act was no risk and my tests are all conclusive but symptoms are all related to hiv. i do not know what other tests to do. i have read on thebody about some cases where elisa, p24 and pcr rna were negative but bdna was positive and in one case the infection was detected by resistance test and in another case by reverse transcriptase. but these tests are not available in my area.

I have tried everything. Itraconazole, fluconazole, ketoconazole cream, clotrimazole cream, ketoconazole shampoo 2%, selenium sulphide 2.2.5%.
I have been suffering for last 2 years And there is no end to symptoms. Every symptom points towards HIV. I am tired of my illness.

But you haven't tried amphoteracin for encapsulated yeasts. There are many not true yeasts . Check it out.

No you are not infected with HIV. Also, not infected with CMV it is a past infection. You have done all the HIV tests that good tests and the Good CD4 count confirms your immunity is good too.

Many healthy people can have this yeast. So you may not be sick and have it.

If you have Seborrheic dermatitis it often makes you more likely to have it. Also, if your body produces a lot of oil it is more likely to get it. People in countries with higher heat and humidity have more of it. Also, cosmetics, lotions, sunscreens, emollients, olive oil can make you susceptible. These yeast live off of olive oil.

Treatments are:ciclopirox olamine cream, econazole cream, alcohol and salicylic acid solution (with or without benzoic acid 5%, propylene glycol 50% in water, and selenium sulfide shampoo.
