If you are reading my post and you are having the same problem, you need to eliminate any medical disease you maybe suffering from, you can google it or go to a doctor to do that for you. If you were healthy with soft erections, you can be suffering from fluoride poisoning, like me.

Hi Huss, Well you say your over weight, you smoke, work long hours, and have stress and anxiety.
Now also thinking you drink to much soft drinks, eat to much fast and junk foods, if that's right.

Now the thing for you to do would be kick the smoking, lose some weight, try working shorter hours, lose the stress and anxiety, now you can try this, google natural way out of stress and anxiety, if you can it that way then you wont need the drugs, sounds like you also need to get out doing some exercise, try walking to work as much as you can, get out swimming, both of these will do you good, mind you make it brisk walking.
