Unable to get full erection after trauma to perineum

About a month ago I fell riding a bike that didn't have a seat and took the seat post to the taint pretty hard. It hurt like hell for a few minutes but didn't even bruise. However, since then I have been unable to get a full erection or one I would deem rigid enough for sex. At first I assumed this problem would resolve itself on its own but at this point its been a full month and no improvement. I'm a healthy, fit 23 year old but I'm terrified of this becoming a permanent issue. I'm unsure of how to approach this and if I'm at the point where I need to seek medical attention to have it resolved.

Thanks for the link and the advice. Given that its been over a month and no improvement I think I'm gonna have to see my doc.

Can I just say that this sounds OH so painful?  OUCH. That had to hurt! Unfortunately, you can injure nerves in that area from such a traumatic event. https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/urologic-diseases/perineal-injury-males  Ugh, I hope this resolves. Nerves can recover. But you may consider going and talking to a doctor. I'm super sorry this happened.
