Grey Spots On White of Eye

I'm 18 years old and I was wondering what these grey spots on the whites of my eye are.  I only notice them in my right eye and they don't hurt, but I am a little concerned about what they might be.  I wear contacts, and have for about two years, is it safe to continue wearing them?

Neither (I don't think) - they're toward the outside of my eye, on the sclera.  Usually covered by my eyelids

See an EyeMD.  Are the spots on the cornea (could be serious) or on the iris (probably normal).
