High Myopia and retina tear laser therapy - suggested sport activities

Hi.
I have -7.0D in both eyes myopia. I never took precautions (because i was not aware of the threat) in sports.
I rode my mountain bicycle a lot, done some hand stands, played soccer, basketball and a lot of other. I had a retina tear ( an year ago) which was taken care of by a laser.

My question is - what kind of sports are OK for me to attend ? I done a lot of acrobatics (sadly i fear it is the worst on my list) - backflips, frontflips - are those safe ?  Or maybe some of those are safe or safer ?

As to other sports I cross country ski ( is this safe on any distance ?), ice skate, do some workout on the gym (moderate repeats - 6-10), roller skate, run and ride my mountain bike (mostly on road but some off road trails also hapen).

Thats a huge relief. I just love "flying". As to other sports as Gym Workout - are there some precautions I should  as to the intensity ? I also have run a couple of 40 km marathons on Cross Country skies - is this a problem ? Thank you for your time and advice.

Any sport is ok that does not involve direct trauma to the head (such as boxing or soccer).

I doubt the backflips will cause a problem unless you land on your head.
