Lazer pen

I had LASIK a year ago. I'm pretty paranoid about my eyes ever since. Yesterday at work someone shot me in the eye with a basic lazer red beam pen 650nm 5mW for about 4 seconds before I realized it. Today the eye seems to be a little weaker then the other. When I close the eye that was hit long distance seems to be blurry compared to the eye that was not hit seems to be better. Could this pen possibly have done damage? If so permanently? Or am I just being paranoid and over reacting?

If it hasn't improved in the last couple days, you might want to call an opthamologist.  Oh, and I'd give that coworker a good smack in the head.  Best wishes.
