Day Duo: You will need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist to examine them for an exact diagnosis. JCH MD
I have these gray marks in my eyes my mother once had them as well. Hers have disappeared , but mine are still visible. The marks never hurt or gets irritated ,ive had them for years. I would just like to know what are they but they look nothing like the images i see on the internet.
YEs I can see it. Well the sclera is thinning than normal that can make it more sensitive to sun, wind, dust, drying, pollen, etc. Since it goes away overnight it should not be a problem.

Thank you, for clearing that up actually. Though I did forget to mention (And good timing too, I suppose) is sometimes my left eye gets kind of irritated around one of the darker spots. Right now, its bloodshot and kind of sore feeling, but only on that certain spot... Here's a picture of it this time around.

You can see it on the right in that picture compared to the other one.
It usually goes away over night. But its happened several times before that I can remember, and only in my left eye on that same spot. Is it anything to be really concerned about?
Thos look like thin areas in the white of your eye (sclera) that allow the blue of the underlying layer (choroid) to show through. Since you've had them all your life its not something to worry about. More common in fair skin, blonde eyed people.
