White cyst looking bump on left eye caruncle

.I have white cyst looking bump on my left eye  caruncle like a pimple for the last 1 year it hasn't increased in size  and is not observable if  eye is not stretched to get a proper look at the caruncle , neither did it cause any pain or itching. Can it be treated whith some topical treatment or need surgery . Please reply it will be a great help thank you.

Nothing topical will make it go away. Since it is not visible, and hasn't increased in size and given its benign appearance  I would suggest you leave it alone and just see ophthalmologist yearly.
