From what I have read so far it petains to spending excessive hours on the computer without proper screen protection, it can lead to fatigue of the eye and the side effects are only temporary, I am a civil engineer and I spend alot of time outdoors but even more in front of a computer for very long hours up until 4 in the morning working, I think it's fatigue because the doc told me nothing is wrong with my eyes
