Opioids caused constipation 14 Days no movement

I have cancer and am on fentanyl patch and dilaudid plus Ocycontin for breakthrough pain. I have tried Senecot, Ducolace, stool softeners and Mira Lax. I had 2 brief episodes of diarrhea like excrement about 5 days ago but nothing since but some gas. Any ideas other than pharma drug? Next step I was going to try a suppository and then an enema.

I have had to go almost a full month without any movement. My doctor told me that up to 2 weeks is within normal ranges. I use Miralax every day now, sometimes twice, and avoid certain foods. And yes, using a enema system is an option as well. Hope you find a solution.
