This is crazy if this was all stress. I followed your advice yesterday and really calmed down. Had a great night of sleep and I woke up with a perfectly normal bowel movement.
Very interesting, thanks. Nothing I can do but wait and see.
medicinenet.com enlarged spleen, January 08 comment by DanielMc, extract:
"My spleen enlargement was due to eosinophilia caused by a food allergy. ...... . My allergist put me on the Paleo diet and within 1.5 weeks, I noticed a huge difference and was feeling much better. A follow up appointment showed my count to be back in the normal 6 to 8 percent range. When I test foods not on the diet (particularly those with gluten) I start to experience the symptoms again."
Yes that makes sense. I haven't even seem the report yet to see the size of the spleen. Could be nothing. Seems as if something were to be wrong, it would show in blood test like if it was cancer.

- probiotics may greatly help settle you back down to normal
- you've no comparison to your earlier spleen size, and I'd expect some variation between patients so slightly enlarged could mean absolutely nothing
Yes please. I need help calming down.
Any idea why my spleen would be slightly enlarged? All my blood test were perfect.
Worry is unproductive. I urge focus on detecting and solving problems. You're correct that high anxiety can have a massive influence on bowel function (either way: constipation or diarrhea).
May I message you with a list of links to my posts containing tips on anxiety coping?
