It's not good to do enema's often. It strips the natural lubricated lining in your intestines and are more susceptible to bacterial infections. Enema's can cause intense stomach cramping especially if you use a lot of water and/or get air trapped in there. If it goes away after finishing all bowel movements, you should be fine. It's best to use warm water and a teaspoon of NON-iodized sea salt. You should consult with your doctor about using enemas, especially on a regular basis.
Nope. I didn't see any doctor. It is recommended by my dad who is searching up on enema. My parents and I have been doing it over the past few months. We boil coffee to do enema with enema buckets that we have already. The reason I started doing it is because of constant fatigue, always feeling tired and of course, my bowel movements are not so constant. After the first time doing, I felt some improvement. After each time I do enema I feel better and better. Until the last few times I did I start to have this pain I mentioned, which worries me.
Hello, I must ask why are you using the enemas? Did the doctor prescribe them because you have been constipated? You stated that you have used 8 of them already, is that in one day or over some time? It is possible your pain is from the frequent enemas but it is hard to say. Please give more info so that I may be able to answer your questions.
