Hemmorrhoid wont go away!

Hi,

I am  suffereing from hemmorrhoid now for the last  5 months. I had both internal and external hemmorrhoid. The doctor prescribed Hydrocortisone Acetate suppositories 25 mg which did help with the internal Hemmorrhoids but didnt benefit the external one. I am now using Hydrocortisone 2.5% for the external hemmorrhiods since the last 2 months. It does relieve me from the burning pain but looks like the hemmorrhoid just wont go away. There is this piece of mass hanging out of my anus that hurts a lot while every Bowel Movement. I would like to know if there is any permament cure to get rid of the external hemmorrhoid as I am tired of using ointments and suppositories.
