abdomen lower pain is back with constipation,bloating help

Its dull and annoying i also jv upper abdomen burn pain...ultrasound and blood test normal
.can it be from mental health? I hb depression anxiety..its effecting my daily life

been since august comin and goin

Goodguy, if you're taking meds for the depression/anxiety and the pain started after you started the meds, be sure to ask your doc if the discomfort could be from the medication. Not all meds 'agree' with each individual and it's sometimes necessary to vary medications.

Peptic ulcers and IBS can occur due to psychological stress. And they cannot be detected by blood tests and ultrasonography. If your symptoms persist consult your doctor to rule out these conditions.
