Pain in right shoulder/right hand index finger

I have the problem of food returning back to my mouth after eating for about 30-60 minutes. This does not cause any sour feeling or heart burn.
The other probelm is a pain flowing down to my right hand index finger from my shoulder and a sense of heaviness around my gallbladder area.

Any suggestions?

I cut my right index finger with a razor cutter. I have tremendous amount pain and numbness. Each day its the same pain morning and night. Please help.

All this may be related to gallbladder. Ultrasound is the first test.
