Difficulty passing all of my stool

I am a 21 year old healthy male with a healthy diet. Almost my entire life, I have always used the bathroom more than the average person in order to defecate. This really did not bother me all that much because I was used to it. Within the past month or so, whenever I go to the bathroom, I am able to do my business as per usual, but at the end, I always feel like there is some feces left that I need to pass. I struggle and try to push it all out, but only tiny bits will come out, and I still feel like I am not fully relieved. In turn, I find myself using the bathroom much more often because I am never feel "empty". A mental factor also comes into play, because I use the bathroom before I go out for the night or go to class, and when I don't feel like I have passed all my feces, nerves come into play because I feel like I am going to have to go when I am not home. These nerves then make me need to go even more.

I also believe that this has causes my crack area, and all the areas around there, to sweat way more which produces a musky fowl odor.

Sorry for the long post. I'd appreciate some suggestions on what to do.
