Random fart smell even when I don't fart

Hi all, I'm here today because I need serious help. I'm a 24 y.o female. And just as the title says I have a random fart smell even when I don't fart. It's weird because I can never smell it but I often notice people saying "did you fart?" Or "somebody farted" I have no idea where this smell is coming from but I know it's coming from me, and it's completely embarrassing! It just ***** because I can NEVER smell it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be !?

If you cannot smell the odor on your skin or used clothes, maybe the smell is coming out through your breath or nose? That would explain why you are noseblind to it since it's constantly in your mouth and sinus area.

See a dentist or ENT about it and ask their honest opinion. Don't be embarrassed - they get these visits ALL the time so there is nothing to be embarrassed about.
