hi , hoping for a little help ,after a CT chest/abdo with contrast

slight prominence of the right anterior diaphragmatic slips...   after 22 years ago a tractor accidient a (traumatic diaphragmatic hernia) pain on the left side which had previously came clear with x-rays and US's.
Any help would be really greatful?
