I don't have bowel movements right after each meals but any other time of the days (eg. after morning coffee), and i have once daily. Is it normal?

It depends also to other circumstances eg certain emotional conditions.

One bowel movement a day is normal.  Some people have two.

Coffee often makes people have a bowel movement because of the caffeine and it is a stimulant.  No worries unless you are having loose stools or have pain while passing your bowel movement.

If it passes comfortably without a lot of unproductive straining before relief and in an amount that seems appropriate so you aren't getting backed up, then it sounds normal.
