You have fairly typical biliary symptoms and have been shown to have several abnormalities in the biliary system. First question is why in the world did it take a visit to the ER to finally get an ultrasound when you had clssic symptoms on presentation to your PCP? It is very likely that this relates to your gallbladder as the majority of other things have been ruled out. You need a functional test to get some firm evidence. This would be a HIDA scan done with the infusion of CCK which gives your gallbladder a signal to contract. It is the contraction that is measured. A warning though, if it really is your gallbladder you may well have your symptoms reproduced in a dramatic fashion.
