Headache, Fever, Blurry

I am a 22 year old female.  I have had a throbbing headache all day and my vision as been less efficient than normal all day at school.  I have tried alieve, tylenol, and advil.  After taking my temperature 3 hours ago it was 105.3.  I took two tylenol, for the first time in 4 hours.  It's almost an hour and half later and my fever is still staying no higher than 103.6, but has gone no lower than 102.5.  I have been unable to fall asleep, despite a cold rag on my forehead, because my head hurts so severely and I am so nauseated.  Is this something I should be immediately worried about?

you may have a food allergy. believe it or not certain foods you eat that your body doesn't agree with (in some cases) will cause your body to react that way. "CHOCOLATE", certain cheeses, certain sodas(dark) and certain processed meats. especially if you are sensitive to these things. watch what you eat. for now, you can use a little ibuprofen in your life.  take that for 2 days(400 mill If not allergic) soak in a bath of cool water (pool temperature), for a couple of days. and stop going outside under dressed, for you may also be under the weather. and drink plenty of fluids. good luck...
