Is this a form of OCD or something else?

Ok, so I didn't know how to actually label this. I guess it's mostly a mental thing, but I have no clue what area.
So, sometimes when I'm sleeping, I will suddenly wake up panicked thinking that I've swallowed something non-edible(battery, piece of wood, etc) just random items, bUT all are things that I would never put in my mouth to begin with. So, when I wake up, I start gagging myself to throw up the item that I think I've swallowed. After a few seconds, some longer than others, I startnto.calm down and realize that it's the middle of the night and that it's impossible that I could have swallow ed anything. It takes my nerves a while to relax, but I always end up going back to sleep.without any more problems. I don't understand this, because it's always the same routine, just different objects. I don't do it every night, but it happens more often than I like. Probably, about 2-3 a month. Give or take. Does anyone know what could be causing this or what it could be a sign of? I'm lost on it
