You really need an in-person look-see. That being said, your condition is typical of simple dehydration, usually coupled with a bit of anemia, which young ladies are prone to. I don't believe this is something that cannot be corrected, but you need to get a primary care physician to make an evaluatrion and follow their advice.
i have been tested for anaemia, which all came back normal. I have made an appointment for doctors tomorrow to sort me out. Thank you.
yea but they did not tell me if it was bad or normal
You need a neurological consult in addition to seeing your primary care physician. The "zoning out" is characteristic of a petit mal siezure. In addition ask for a "flicker test", which involves exposing you to various flickering lights.
Have you been diagnosed with thyroid problem if you haven't get it checked out with your doctor as that can be related to your condition but there is one thing that it could be that you are having mini fits and need to see a specialist in hospital
Go to doctor! I didn't see you put that you had. You could be having seizures, very bad anxiety attacks. Anything go let them do a CAT scan or MRI
