Sorry you are not feeling well.  Are you drinking enough water?  Eating enough fruit?  We need extra water and fruit during the summer months so we don't get dehydrated.

Sometimes it helps to drink this:  5 cups water, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 Tablespoon sugar and a pinch of baking soda.   This is called oral rehydration drink.   Some people prefer to buy Pedialite to replace the electrolytes.

I see that in India you have the high temperatures like we do in Arizona.  We both need extra water and potassium.  Please take care of yourself.

Hi Annzo,
If you're not sure whether you have fever or not, I would suggest that
you be seen by your doctor. You said you've had this warm feeling in
your throat for about a week. Please go and see a doctor and make
sure you don't have anything serious happening in your throat.
It's probably not serious, but I would go and see a doctor anyway.
Blessings, Eve
