Food poisoning

Hi,

I have been feeling like **** for a week now.  Monday after lunch I started feeling nauseous, got a headache, and had trouble with my focus.  That night I had a frozen pizza which was freezer burned a bit but felt fine.  Tuesday morning @ 3am I woke up with stomach cramps and I started vomiting.  I went back to sleep and @ 7am it started all over.  That afternoon I went to the doctor and he told me that it was probably a 24 hour thing and gave me some anti vomiting and nausea medicine.  he told me to stick to clear liquids for the rest of the day and then move on to colored liquids the next day, and then solids.  I took the medicine and got some rest.  Wednesday I went to work but did not feel 100%.  Instead of vomiting I now had diarrhea.  I ate lunch and noticed that I got full with half my normal portion size.  after lunch every time I burped some of the food came back up.  The feeling did not go away so I decided to force myself to vomit to feel better.  It worked for a while but the feeling came back and I felt full and had diarrhea the rest of the day.  I also felt dizzy and had trouble with my focus.  That night I drank one beer in hopes that it might calm my stomach down and went to bed.  Thursday morning I felt fine, like nothing had happened, until I ate the Thanksgiving feast.  Again, I had just a very small portion and was almost instantly full.  the rest of the day I felt like there was food stuck in my throat and every time I burped, some would come up.  that night I forced myself to vomit again in order to relieve some of the pressure on my throat.  Friday morning I was not at all hungry and still felt dizzy, like I was taking the medicine, but I had not taken any.  I again ate lunch and the same symptoms occurred, fullness, dizziness and dierrhea.  I could barely finish half of my sandwich without feeling overly full, like I had stuffed myself silly.  I did not eat the rest of the day because I had no room, even though my stomach started growling, I was full and bloated.

It is now Saturday and I am feeling the same.  My current symptoms include:

dizziness
trouble with focus
light headache
bloating

I am having trouble moving my eyes around, like when I’m looking at different things.  It also feels weird to drive a car and scan my surroundings.  I also notice that when i close my eyes they move very rapidly!

Is this food poisoning or something more severe??  any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom
