Numbness and other symptoms?

Sorry, but can anyone tell me what sort of thing this might be?
Hi, I'm currently a 15 year old. (I've asked this question before but i felt i had to rephrase it)
Over the summer in China, I started feeling some breathing problems on the second night, where i felt like i needed an extra/deeper breath after every other one, and I woke up with my legs and hands feeling slightly numb-ish/weaker than usual. I felt fine during the day when i was moving around, but when i laid down before sleep i felt those breathing problems again. When I went to the hospital two seperate times, I had my blood taken and had my heart beat checked too (no x-ray), and the doctors said that it was just jet lag combined with heat and dehydration.

Since returning from China, i always feel this weird feeling like I haven't completely gotten better.
My hands and legs still feel numb without the needle-y/tingly feeling when I don't move them. My head started feeling kind of weird sometimes as well, like I was wearing a helmet. There were times as well when my breathing even felt weird, making feel nauseas and out of breath. I mostly feel this before sleeping. There were even some nights when it took me up to hours to fall asleep from this. I also feel anxious and paranoid sometimes thinking about this.

I also have this other weird feeling slightly lower left of my belly button, above the pants line. When i sleep on my right side, the area feels stiff. I don't know if that is related to the other symptoms. I do have constipation sometimes.  Another unrelated incident happened about a month ago, where I woke up with an intense and dizzy headache, was nauseas, shivering, and began vomiting a lot. After sleeping for a few hours, only a slight headache remained and after seeing the doctor, they just said it was probably some sort of stomach bug after listening to my stomach.

Recently, I haven't really paid attention to my symptoms because they are really subtle and don't bother me during the day, even when playing sports and exercising. Unfortunately I forgot to mention this to the doctor at my check up today. (Check up involved listening to heart, blood pressure, but no blood/ urine test).
Sorry if this was really long or hard to follow, but I'd just like to know if anyone has a clue at what this is.

Symptoms such as numbness, tingling or weakness that accompany a headache can all be part of what's known as a complex migraine. It can certainly be alarming for patients, but if it really is just part of the migraine then it should resolve with resolution of the headache.

Be sure to go and consult doctors, too! I think it might be a migraine but I'm not really sure. You have a few of the symptoms though. Is it possible that you had an allergic reaction?
Best of Luck!

Could be a form of anxiety, and the more anxious you get over this, the more you will notice the feelings.

However, if they do continue or get worse, I would see the doctor, and, before you go, write something similar to what you have written here, then hand it to him/her. I would also ask for a complete blood work series. You may have picked up some kind of "bug" over there.
