Hello~There are some good herbal complexes that help with sleep. Valerian, camomile, passion flower, St. John's Wort to name a few. Most of these come in capsule form and you can get them in bottles of 100. Most health food stores carry them.
Another thing that helps lots of people is soaking in a warm bath of Epsom salts,this seems to have a very calming effect.
Also, try taking the minerals magnesium and calcium before bed, this might help as well.
