Please Help,

I wasn't too sure where to post this so if anyone knows where the correct place to post it would be please let me know.

The pin went pretty far into my foot, but i pulled it out within 10 seconds. It went through my shoe, its the second time it has happened, last time nothing happened, but this time about 8 hours after it happened, I am having trouble breathing, huge headaches, my eyes are burning, my back and neck are hurting lots and they never usually hurt after work. I also fainted after i came home from work.
The only other time I have fainted was because I was dehydrated, but I drank four bottles of water at work and 2 when I came home, also many this morning.
Is there a possibility that I have contracted something from the pin that would show this quickly?
I am a sixteen year old girl if age means anything..
Please help, I feel really weird.
This was last night.
This morning I woke up with that same headache except worse, my temples are pounding. my back and neck still hurt especially my lower back where the pain worsened, and my vision is slightly blurry. I am still having trouble breathing. I cannot stand up for long amounts of time, and I have to stand up slowly because otherwise my vision goes blank and I go light headed.
The muscles in the top part of my arm have also had a couple spasms, as well as my hands, I'm not sure if this is normal either.
Please help I'm worried I hardly ever get sick, and I'm scared.

hi I hope you are okay, I doubt if it was the Pin but you may want to go to see a Doc and get a tetanus shot, you could be feeling anxious and that can make you have symptoms. However as you describe a breathing problem I do think it sensible to take your self off to check it out. Keep in touch and let us know you"ll be okay.
