Sharp pain in the lower right quadrant

I have had sharp intermittent pain in my lower back where my kidneys are located ( for many many Years ) but have never gone to the doctor about it. The pain comes and goes throughout the day for a few days and stops and then it could happen again numerous months from now. I also have small rectal bleed where i did notice i had maybe a polyp of some sort there as well, what can you tell me about what I'm dealing with. I mean i am disappointed with doctors because when i used to go all the time they never found anything wrong. So it's hard to go to the doctor when they don't take the time to find out. I have had problems with my heart since i was little where i used to blackout while walking ( always had irregular heart beat or fluttering) but it was to the point where it felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest , then from that it went to where i starting having Angina while sitting or lying in bed and anytime i drink caffeine my heart goes crazy. I mean what's wrong with me why do i have so many issues.

Couls be a kidney stone, if you go to the Doc they could do an ultra sound to see, also could account for some bleeding, but in the Urine not the rectum,The sensations in your chest you should get looked into ,but could also be caused by Anxiety, its amazing how the Mind can give us actual Physical symptoms. Get yourself checked out you'll probably come out smiling with Relief,
