Strange arm ache
yesterday i went to get up from the sofa and it felt like 2 bones ground together in my arm and my hand went weird, i have had it previous and it always leaves my arm achy the next day.. any idea what this could be?
since this has happened i am noticing if i put pressure on my hands getting up im getting a painful sensation going through the top of my hand

Could be some misplaced vertebrae in your back, I suggest seeing a chiropractor and explaining what is going on.
