Is that 3 to 4 years?  Wow, long time if that is the case.  Does stretching help?  I ask that because I have had sciatica which is relieved by stretching.  Is the tingling all the time or just when you are in certain positions?

I like heating pads, ice and stretching.  Massage too.  And exercise regularly.

But if your doctor does not give you appropriate care, ask to see another one.  Maybe even bump up to a neurologist who specializes in nerves.  Let us know how you are doing!
