What can it be?

Hello, I have been having a problem for about 7 months. It all started with dizziness but now its just like a pressure like sensation in my head, specially when I play sports, lift something or do any type of exercise. Sometimes it comes with increased heart rate and throbbing of the head, also a continuous ringing of the ears. I have gone to many doctors and had almost every test done but everything comes out normal and no one has been able to tell me what I have. What can it be? Thank you.
