i am 21 year old and i experience unilateral headaches which keeps changing positions.sometimes its on the left side and sometimes on the right.the pain is acute and untolerable at times..and i also feel a bit nauseatic.and everything around me seems to be revolving. And this pain accelerates when i am tensed or get a scolding. And occurs out of nowhere when i am worried or upset.also whenever i get out in the sun then also i experience the pain but only on one side.what do i need t do?..is it serious?

maybe..but it happens usually when i am tensed..not otherwise...or yes when am out in the sun..!but it is unbearable at times that i begin to cry too.i dont think it happens when i am around my date but i'll keep a check this time if it does happens around that time.
i feel like puking too but i have heard that if its migraine then after vomitting the pain vanishes.but in my case i just have a mild feeling of vomitting and i dont actually puke.and sometimes i even get a blackout and i feel i will fall on the floor.
is there anything that could be serious??

I am not a doctor, however I am kind of in the medical field and know a little about it. I also experience these headaches. It could be due to stress. Also if you are a female and having this problem which I have, it could be due to other female based problems that occur every month, pay attention to the timing around the headaches. Are you stressed at that time, stress and nerves can do some funny things to the body. I get these headaches about a week/day before my cycle starts, so as I said before it could be due to anything, just take the time to be aware of what your body is doing. It is very hard to diagnose headaches. However, if you cannot figure it out, you may be experiencing Migraines or another type of situation and you may want to consult your doctor?

Do keep us informed of your situation.

I am not aware of what you are going through but it sounds serious to me. But if you like rehma have already seen a doctor maybe you should try for a second opinion or sometimes even er dr's can answer questions regular ones cant but seek medical help.
