i have been sunbathing this weekend and have got sunburn and now have white dots/circles all of my back? i seem to get these any time i burn or tan what are they? and can i get rid of them?

Use Sunscreen :) or Dont sunbath from 12pm - 2pm when the sun is at its hottest...
Maybe do an hour early morning .....and an hour later afternoon x
