There is nothing specific to take. Cold compresses will help.
There is a remote chance of infection, so watch it over the next few days for signs of redness.
You should be ok.
As Caregiver222 mentioned, try icing the site. Also, you can take an oral OTC NSAID, i.e. Motrin. Solu-Medrol is viscous and can cause this kind of local reaction.
If it does not resolve in 5 days, I would have a physician assess it.
